St. Louis, MO - 4/15/2026 - St. Louis CITY SC cruised past FC Tulsa with a dominant 4–0 win in the 2026 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Round of 32 at Energizer Park.

St. Louis controlled most of the match after weathering some early Tulsa pressure. Marcel Hartel opened the scoring in the 20th minute with a composed finish, and Jeong Sang-bin doubled the lead before halftime off an assist from goalkeeper Roman Bürki — Bürki’s first-ever Open Cup assist.

CITY SC kept the momentum going in the second half. Mykhi Joyner scored in the 61st minute, and Tomás Ostrák added a late fourth goal in the 78th minute to seal the rout. Tulsa’s night got worse after defender Lucas Stauffer was sent off in the second half.
